I’m turning the personal software I actually use into small, legible engineering projects: private Android tools, local-first knowledge systems, and agent workflows that fail safely instead of merely sounding capable.
The current thread is reliability: permissions, data boundaries, idempotency, verification, and the boring systems work that decides whether an AI workflow can be trusted.
Publishing
I’m maintaining this site as a build log. Every couple of weeks I publish one concrete note from a project I actually worked on: what problem it addresses, the decision I made, and what is still unfinished.
Working toward
A technical role in the Okanagan where I can combine practical AI enablement, software systems, and clear human support. In parallel, I’m building in public as Allendior—slowly, honestly, and with receipts.
